There are many versions of Microsoft Office. The only difference is the number of programs that make up the suite of programs. We recommend Microsoft Office 2003 Small Business Edition. This suite includes:
- There are other version of the Microsoft Office suites that include or exclude programs. For most Micro Businesses this is the suite of programs that you will want. - We recommend this Microsoft Office Suite because it has the most common applications needed in a Micro Business environment. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are the staples of the industry. This gives you a great word processor and a great spreadsheet program (but it is much more than that). Then you have Microsoft Outlook that gives you the ability to send and receive E-mails, keep basic information on people and companies as well as other features. Microsoft PowerPoint will give you the ability to put together a presentation about your business and send it to someone. And then you have Microsoft Publisher that gives you the ability to put together fliers, brochures for your business that can be printed.
