A Block of Time purchases may also help a home or micro business stay within budget. Regular statements will detail how your time is being used and the amount of time remaining. Best of all, you decide how the time will be used. If you want us to train someone to handle program changes or modifications, we will provide training. If you just want the work done or the problem solved, we'll do it for you.
You are in control of our time
Your Block of Time can be used by anyone you designate and it never has an expiration date. The time can apply to any issue, such as software training and support, hardware issues, virus removal, research, programming, web site modifications, etc.
Here are a few examples of how a Block of Time can be used.
Example 1: A company with 3 employees purchased a Block of Time. One employee has never used a computer before, one is always on the road using wireless technology and the third stays in the office, keeps the books, makes appointments and does the purchasing. We can help each employee with anything from basic training, technical support, and software support for a wide range of applications.
Example 2: A grandmother purchased a Block of Time that she shared with the entire family. It didn't matter if the time was used by a grandchild away at college or by the son running the family business. If the callers name was on the Family Plan, they got the support they needed, whether it homework or business.
Example 3: A new business owner needed to set up several workstations for his newly hired staff. We not only handled the set up, but using his Block of Time, offered ongoing training and support until the staff was trained.
