Web Site Optimization is a process that makes changes to your site that makes it more attractive to the search engines. We let the search engines know about your site, tell them what to look for and we monitor the progress monthly.

Purpose:  To effectively market customer’s web sites by getting top listings for the best keyphrases in the top search engines by optimizing the sites, obtain the correct links ….

Philosophy:  All work on the Web Sites, Links and with the Search Engines will be done by hand and will not be automated.  All contacts will be by phone and not automated or by letter or E-mail.  Form letters and form e-mails will not be used.  We will use automation for reporting, research and analysis purposes.  We will never use illegal promotional techniques or unethical practices or any other practice that will cause harm or cause a Web Site to be banned by the search engines.

Guarantee:  Due to the nature of Web Site promotions and the volatility of the search engine business, we can not guarantee that every keyphrase will get to the top or every search engine and stay there.  These search engines are businesses and they change their procedures and algorithms often, sometimes resulting in the reduction in ranking for a keyphrase.  When you add to this the “King of the Hill” nature of the search engines, everyone wants to be on top, you get turnover at every level.  We guarantee that we will perform all the activities listed for your service level and that we are current on the latest technology in the Web Site Marketing industry PROVIDED you have us work on keyphrases that we both agree will be best and have the greatest chance of success. We will assist you in determining the best possible keyphrases for your web site and industry. 

We will achieve a top 40 ranking for your keyphrases with the top search engines as defined by the following:  If we have not received any top rankings for your keyphrases within 4 months after we have started your campaign with any of the top 10 search engines, we will wave any monthly fees until we have achieved this goal.

• Pay-Per-Click inclusion - we will work with you to set up your Pay-Per-Click program. We will assist you in setting up your program as a part of the pricing below. If there are additional changes needed to your web site as a result of Pay-Per-Click needs we will be glad to assist you with the changes on a per hour or per job basis. If you want us to manage your entire Pay-Per-Click program where we handle management of the program on a daily or weekly basis, we will add that feature for an additional 10% of your web site pay-Per-Click advertising budget. We will be glad to discuss the various details with you regarding this program.

Pricing:  We have two (2) different pricing plans. The first is our C.A.P.- I.T. pricing where we provide basic, internediate or advanced services for your web site for a flat fee per web site. The advanced price includes everything mentioned above for a set price. This price is based on 7 key phrases for your site. If you feel you will need to have your site optimized for more than 7 key phrases, you will need to look at the second pricing structure below.

The Second Pricing istructure is based on the number of keyphrases you want us to manage.  The minimum number of keyphrases we will accept is 3.  Included in the price will be a matching number of links to your site.  We will maintain the links and monitor them, replacing lost links as needed.  Pricing is as follows and is paid monthly with a 1 year minimum.  As long as you pay the monthly fees, all the services above will be maintained.  You can cancel at any time after the first year.

IMPORTANT:  If you purchase 4 keyphrases you will be billed 4 x $16.95 each month for a minimum of 12 months.  After the 12^th month we will continue to bill you monthly and manage your keyphrases with reporting until you tell us to stop.  If you purchase 13 keyphrases you will be billed 13 x $14.95 each month for a minimum of 12 months.

You want to select keyphrases with 2 to 3 words that people actually type into the best search engines. You want keyphrases that are not used by many competing Web Sites.
