Unlimited Microsoft Office Support Package
This package includes unlimited support for MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS OneNote, MS Visio, MS MapPoint, MS Publisher and MS PowerPoint. If you are on this program and have a problem with any of the features of these programs, you can call me, e-mail me, instant message me or let me know and I can call into your computer and help you solve your problem. Computer Security Support Package
This package includes unlimited support for Norton Antivirus or McAfee Antivirus programs, Spyware/Adware programs such as Ad-Aware or Microsoft AntiSpyware, Spybot and others. I will load free versions of these programs and make sure they are up to date each month. I will also be sure your Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office are up to date. I will check your computers(s) each month to be sure they are clean and virus free. As a part of this package I will load a program that will give me access to your computer (with your permission) so I can run these utilities at night or when you do not need the computer so your downtime is kept to a minimum. Disaster Recovery and Backup Support Package
With this package I will provide up to 3 GB of backup space for each computer on the plan, I will back up the computer data to our secure servers each night, or as often as you prefer, I will monitor the backups to be sure they are completed successfully and do periodic checks to be sure the backups are valid (normal procedure for any backup plan). I will also review with you on a quarterly or annual basis a disaster recovery plan that will assist you in the event of a catastrophic disaster such as a fire, flood or theft. As a part of this package I will load a program that will give me access to your computer (with your permission) so I can perform these checks when you are not needing your computer as well as giving me the ability to troubleshoot any problems that may occur. This plan does not include the cost of replacing or repairing any hardware. I will assist with the reinstallation of software in the event of a disaster but you or one of your employees will need to be on site to assist with any necessary CD installation, connections or questions. Web Site Support Package
With this package I will host your web site, provide up to 5 E-mail addresses with Spam protection and Virus protection, renew your domain each year automatically with no additional cost to you, assist you with configuring and support for Outlook Express and I will perform quarterly updates to your web site. In addition I will provide detailed statistics on your web site and will make recommendations each quarter based on those statistics. I will also provide basic web site optimization services that include making sure all pages have title tags, key phrases, alt tags and other basics that should be included on a web site that make the web site visible to the search engines. Search engine listings are not included in this package. Updates are limited to text changes, pricing changes, picture swaps and other similar adjustments. It does not include development or rewrites of your site or additional pages. I will also monitor your web site to be sure it is up and available to your visitors. This service sends us an e-mail if there is ever a time the site is not visible to your visitors so I can make the necessary corrections. Only $197 per web site per month CAP-IT 400

This is our most complete package and is developed to maximize your productivity and eliminate as many computer headaches as possible. CAP- IT Monitoring Package
The CAP- IT Monitoring Package was designed to provide state of the art network monitoring for the rest of us - Small Businesses. You now can receive 24/7 network monitoring and reporting for a fraction of the price of having someone on your staff. For as little as $97 per month we will monitor your entire network and web site. With our central dashboard, we can monitor all computers, network printers and switchs on your network. We can remote in as needed to repair issues you deem important, we will maintain a complete, off-site inventory of your equipment. If there is a problem with your network, we will be alerted and can respond quickly to your issues, or just notify you. We have complete reporting capabilities and will even send you reports on a regular basis taylored to your particular needs. As a Microsoft Partner and as a Certified Level Platforms Strategic Partner we have the resources to handle any situation your business may encounter. All pricing is based on phone, instant messaging and remote computer support. If there is a situation where it is necessary to send a tech on site, there will be an additional charge for that visit.

I have made every effort to make this program affordable to our customers. All services are priced based on the number of computers, servers or web sites on the system. If you have multiple employees and have all those employees call as if they all work on only one computer, that is considered abuse of the system and your service can be cancelled. The intent of the program is to have one employee assigned to one computer and if a computer is on the system for support, I would expect that employee to call in for the assistance.

None of the prices above include development. Our definition of development is the creation of a program, module or feature that is added or created to an existing program or created as a standalone application. For example, I will help you with the format of a Word Document or the use of the different features. I will even tell you how to create a template but I will not create the template for you. In Excel, I will help you with a formula but I will not create the application for you as a part of the program. I do have techs that can do this for you for an additional cost.

The programs do not include any hardware or software unless mentioned above.

Saunders Business Solutions is providing support for your computers and systems based on the plan selections. I can not be responsible for your data. I will assist with all I have been assigned but the ultimate responsibility is yours since you have the systems in your location and under your control.

I have two types or remote access capabilities. First is an assisted capability that only allows us to access your computer with your permission when you are there. This is a no charge service and is available at any time for our customers. The second service is for unattended remote access. There is a charge for this service and is included in a couple of the packages as well as standalone. With this unattended access capability I am able to work on your systems after hours or on days when you do not need the system and intended as a benefit to you to give you more productive time with your systems. I will make every effort to notify you when I will be accessing your system but in the event that I miss that communication, if I see that you are on the system when I log in, I will immediately log out and attempt to contact you. I will only use this feature to perform work that you have agreed to.
