Terms and Conditions:
All pricing is based on phone, instant messaging and remote computer support. If there is a situation where it is necessary to send a tech on site, there will be an additional charge for that visit.
I have made every effort to make this program affordable to our customers. All services are priced based on the number of computers, servers or web sites on the system. If you have multiple employees and have all those employees call as if they all work on only one computer, that is considered abuse of the system and your service can be cancelled. The intent of the program is to have one employee assigned to one computer and if a computer is on the system for support, I would expect that employee to call in for the assistance.
None of the prices above include development. Our deffinition of development is the creation of a program, module or feature that is added or created to an existing program or created as a standalone application. For example, I will help you with the format of a Word Document or the use of the different features. I will even tell you how to create a template but I will not create the template for you. In Excel, I will help you with a formula but I will not create the application for you as a part of the program. I do have techs that can do this for you for an additional cost.
The programs do not include any hardware or software unless mentioned above.
Saunders Business Solutions is providing support for your computers and systems based on the plan selections. I can not be responsible for your data. I will assist with all I have been assigned but the ultimate responsibility is yours since you have the systems in your location and under your control.
I have two types or remote access capabilities. First is an assisted capability that only allows us to access your computer with your permission when you are there. This is a no charge service and is available at any time for our customers. The second service is for unattended remote access. There is a charge for this service and is included in a couple of the packages as well as standalone. With this unattended access capability I am able to work on your systems after hours or on days when you do not need the system and intended as a benefit to you to give you more productive time with your systems. I will make every effort to notify you when I will be accessing your system but in the event that I miss that communication, if I see that you are on the system when I log in, I will immediately log out and attempt to contact you. I will only use this feature to perform work that you have agreed to.
